this from a local; this place has gradually expanded, and still doing so, from a single structure restaurant on the river to a multi-structure mini complex; no air con; enough english; ok menu but not all in english; good service; so-so parking when it gets crowded; cute little food court off to the side

I arrived just before lunch time and it seemed like we were the only customers at this time, however, we were told they were open. Unfortunately, not all menu items were available and we settled for many other choices that were available. Food was good and the nicely laid dining tables on the river side added a fantastic view to the other side (Laos). Nice breeze cools down the intense heat and makes it feel comfortable. Food is awesome. But if you want to get the best seats, reservation is a must. Even with a reservation, you may not get the best seats. Very hot during the songkran period and electric fans are only for vip seats. Was eating with perspiration in an outdoor evening setting. Not a very pleasant experience. If i were the owner, i would invest in more electric fans with power supply installation everywhere around the restaurant. A small price to pay for the comfort...
