Anchan Cafe — Restaurant in Chom Phon Subdistrict

Anchan Cafe have been around for sometimes. The place is located on viphawadee road (same road as Thai Airways head office building), nearest BTS would be mochit station. The cab/taxi would be 5-7 mins from there.

Known for its outstanding southern Thai food, Anchan cafe surely delivers. With its authentic taste of Thai original flavour, you will easily be impressed with the flavorful dishes.

Non Spicy food consumers, dont worry, there's many creamy and meaty dishes for you on the menu. The signature here is the "Long Poo". Crab meat sauce with alot of veggies.

Today I tried Khao Kluk Kapi (Shrimp paste fried rice) and Stir-Fried Spaghetti with dried chili and crispy bacon.

Khao Kluk Kapi was ok for me, it came with plenty of veggies made it was very good looking and the taste was not bad at all.

But for the Pasta, not impressive. As the pasta noodle was overcooked (maybe because I normally like al dente) and there was too much oil in this plate. However, the taste was okay, acceptable.

These menus are the new release. I have tried their other menu so many times, I would recommend Crispy Pork, Sour Curry with Veggie Omlet and Shrimp and other Thai Foods. They...

The place is quite spacious, airy, high ceiling. The food made me wow!!!. Didnt expect it would be this good. Only tried 5 dishes (basic home cooking dishes) + desserts. All of them were spot less, reasonable price. Anyway, the seafood menu were about 500 Baht (didnt try them yet).
