Cheap Charlie's Darkside — Restaurant in Chon Buri Province

First time visiting Cheap Charlie's, dark side. First impressions were it is well spaced out, clean and comfortable. Waitresses were okay, acceptable. I ordered the chicken kiev and it was as dry as a Nuns you know what! A chicken kiev should not be dry, it should be oozing with garlic/herb butter. Garlic was non existent it was just a deep fried chicken breast. The mash potato was good and the gravy was good also, I suspect it was from the packet.
