Nomisuke Ramen — Restaurant in Chon Buri Province

One of a good ramen in Bangsaen. Overall score is 7.5.

Taste (9/10) - Meltingly chashu is the best. Fat and meat are combined with the proper ratio. It's soft and melt in your month. Sour is quite good especially putting black garlic oil. It makes the real pork soup more concentrated, however, it tastes a bit bitter at the end of the bowl.

Atmosphere (8/10) - Although the restaurant is so tiny, no air conditioner (recommend to come here during cold weather), but it is decorated to be totally Japanese style. Owner takes care all detail to ensure every shot would look like in Japan (Only one thing that we found not Japanese is GAS TANK).

Service (7/10) - It seems small business, so owner takes care of the shop by themselves. Most of waiters come from nearby university. They are nice and enthusiastic, but few might lack of service mind.

Price (8/10) - Not too costly. Only 175 THB is worth to try it. You will not regret to pay for it.

Cleaniless (6/10) - It is understable that to avoid either air polutant and contaminant (such as insect) is quite tough. However, owner is willing to take action responsibly if there is any mistake on a hygiene issue.

Location (6/10) - There is no parking area. Not recommend to come here with your private cars (and how? I don't know too). Traffic is so terrible especailly during long holidays. You need pure luck to get a parking lot. As mention previously, this is very small restsurant, so there is limited space and number of table. Long line can be expected on weekend and holidays.

Ramen is available at 18.00 onwards. Side dish such as Tako Wasabi is recommended. In afternoon, they serve only Matcha latte, Takoyaki, and Taiyaki, so that is good for...

Nomisuke Ramen is Japanese Cafe & Ramen Bar with beachside bar in Bangsaen.

Brings an Okinawa boardwalk from Tokyo to Thailand beach town in the Chonburi province about 2 hours drive from BKK.

Resemblances to Japanese with the road signs, the crosswalk, the traffic lights, posters, bench, railway station marker in the center. All stimulates as we are in Japanese.

Ordered Matcha Coconut which taste well, Taiyaki red-bean and Takoyaki.

During evening is Ramen Bar but couldn’t make up. The Nomisuke Ramen small cafe & bar but has an unique style. As asked in future might extend or open more branch.

ช่วงนี้ขับรถไปเที่ยวทะเลบางแสนชลบุรี 🐬เสาร์ อาทิตย์ บ่อยๆ ไปเช้าเย็นกลับบ้าน ไปนอนคืนนึงบ้าง เนื่องจากไม่ไกลจาก กทม เลย ขับรถ ชั่วโมงครึ่งก็ถึงแล้ว แต่นอกจากหาดบางแสนที่ทุกคนคุ้นเคยอยากบอกว่าถัดไปอีกหาดหนึ่ง ชื่อว่า “หาดวอน” 🌊🌊ซึ่งมีร้านอาหารมากมาย ชิลๆ ชิกๆ ได้ทั้งกลางวันและกลางคืน ร้านนี้ก็เป็นอีกหนึ่งจุดเช็กอิน ของบรรดาสายหวาน สายคาเฟ่ ที่มาแล้วจะได้บรรยากาศขอการไปเที่ยวญี่ปุ่น 🇯🇵🇯🇵🎌🎌ร้านไม่ได้ใหญ่มาก แต่ก็ทำจุดขายน่ารักๆ ให้คนที่แวะเวียนมาได้ถ่ายรูป แต่ช่วงหน้าร้อนก็ต้องทำใจหน่อย ร้านอาจต้องเพิ่มร่มกางบริเวณส่วนที่ให้นั่งกินบริเวณร้าน นั่งนานคงจิไม่ได้ เพราะคนแวะเวียนมาก็พอสมควร เราจึงซื้อแบบกลับบ้าน นั่งกินเปิดแอร์ในรถเอา บที่จอดรถก็จอดได้ทั้งถนนใหญ่ สองข้างทาง และร้านอาหารข้างเคียง จุดเด่นก็คือขนมไส้ถั่งแดงแบบญี่ปุ่น ช่องสั่งอาหาร แม่ค้าก็จะแนะนำว่ามันแตกต่างกันอย่างไร แนะนำว่า แม่ค้าจะไม่เหนื่อยพูดซ้ำๆ ถ้าระบุในเมนูไปเลยว่ามันต่างกันยังไง เพราะเป็นคำถามจากลูกค้าทุกคน ส่วนเมนูน้ำ ก็เขียนไว้ชัดเจน แล้วแต่ลูกค้าเลือก สั่งเสร็จ จ่ายเงิน เดินไปนั่งรอในจุดถัดไป เค้าจะให้อุปกรณ์แจ้งจะสั่นเวลาถึงคิวรับอาหาร ช่วงนั้นก็ถ่ายรูปกับบรรยากาศร้านไปก่อน ห้องน้ำไม่แน่ใจอยู่ตรงไหน ได้อาหารที่สั่งแล้ว กินร้อนๆก็อร่อยดี กินได้ทุกเพศทุกวัย ถั่วแดงอร่อย ราคาพอสมควร ราคาชิ้นละ 40 บาท ส่วนเครื่องดื่ม ตั้งแต่ 80-150 บาท แล้วแต่เมนู 🎏🎏😁😁 ส่วนเมนูราเมน 🍜🍜คงต้องขอแวะไปชิมช่วงหน้าหนาว...
