Bonchon Central Rama 3 — Restaurant in Chong Nonsi Subdistrict

In the past, Bonchon was the restaurant where I was always happy whenever I ate there. However, recently, the quality seems to have declined. This time, the quality was very poor. Firstly, the size of the chicken pieces was drastically smaller compared to before, and they were fried too dry, resulting in a hard and sticky texture, unlike the juicier chicken they used to serve. Additionally, the side dish I ordered today, Kimchi Coleslaw, was much worse in terms of both taste and scent compared to before.

Regarding the service, there weren’t enough staff members to accommodate the number of customers present, so despite their efforts, they couldn’t serve every table well. I want to commend them for their hard work, but the number of staff members did not...

It is extremely disappointing to experience such a lack of professionalism and organization from the staff. There was a complete failure in managing orders, resulting in food being switched between tables and customers receiving the wrong dishes.

To make matters worse, those who arrived later were served before others who had been waiting. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment.
