Sweet Me Bakery — Restaurant in Hua Mak Subdistrict

Found Sweet Me on FB and contacted them for an "online", "same day" cake delivery order, "with credit card payment" in Bangkok - not an easy task, as FB search led me to only very limited few choices

A highly smooth and pleasant experience with no communication breakdowns via FB Messenger followed suit. Surprisingly grateful for that

Sweet Me went the extra mile and cordially fulfilled my request for an online credit card payment request, which was not listed in the standard payment options (3% surcharge applied, which is understandable)

Sweet Me also took the trouble to double check the delivery address to make sure a smooth delivery

I'm glad to be able to make the birthday of my friend extra meaningful and add joy to that special day with a little birthday cake - I feel deeply indebted as this was only made possible with the cake and courteous service provided by Sweet Me - a cake shop that makes wonders

Dear Sir/ Madam, this is how valuable and meaningful the cake shop that you are operating is to your customers, incl. myself and you should be proud of what you are doing! Keep going!

I'm certainly sure that my friend was happy with the choice of cake I made, because I only heard praises

Having said that, I couldn't help thinking the menu for same day delivery was rather limited as I was browsing through it. I wished I could get my friend an even nicer cake as a gift

Perhaps an extended menu for same day delivery is one area to look at to boost your business

To start with these guys are super helpful from the moment you contact them. They pointed me in the right direction of all the different cakes available, same day delivery cake range, and even gave recommendations on the kind of cake more suited to senior and what their favourites were. Had all the info i needed, and work got in the way of ordering that day, so i contacted again on the actual day of the birthday, and was time limited as our guests were due to check out that day and fly home, however these guys made it easy once more, i picked the cake, they made the cake fresh, sent me a photo of the cake and i must admit, the thought did cross my mind to give Sweet Me Bakery my address for delivery, (no one would have known! ha!) it looked that amazing, however I stuck to the plan and Sweet Me delivered it to the hotel our guests were staying at all in the space of just a few hours, the guest loved it, as did her 8 travelling companions she was traveling with! The guests thought my company was the hero in getting them a cake, but the real heros and saviours of the day were the Sweet Me Bakery team and the motorike delivery guy! We always like to do something special and get our guests a little treat when they are here for a birthday or anniversary or any special occasion, so we will definitely be using Sweet Me Bakery in future for our Bangkok guest cake requests! I ordered a custom cake from Sweet Me Bakery last week. I placed the order with only a few days before it was needed and they were able to accommodate which was great. We coordinated everything via the Line app. I sent a photo and description of what I wanted for the cake and they obliged. The cake was delivered to the venue in a timely manner and it was beautiful and delicious. My friend was very happy and surprised. Someone from the bakery kept me in the loop every step of the way and I was able to pay for the cake and delivery online without having to venture to the bakery. I will use Sweet Me again and recommend their services...
