I had an incredible dining experience at Rice Barge Restaurant. The atmosphere was serene and relaxing, offering beautiful river views that perfectly complemented the meal. The food was absolutely delicious. Read moreWe went there on the 3rd of January 2025 for dinner. The food was good however the service was very bad. The waiter doesn't know the menu. Multiple back and forth because most of the items are not available even though it was 6.30pm. We ordered a bottle of water and we had to go ourselves remind the staff because the food was there but not the water. No sequence in the meal service, first the main, then the starter... Finally a soup but without the bowls and the rice that we ordered along never came.
Definitely under staff and under trained. Know your menu and have a look to the table making sure everything comes and is well served (food/cutlery...) Feedback...
