Sushi Hiro The Promenade — Restaurant in Khan Na Yao Subdistrict

We’re here for dinner on 6/11/25 around 8pm there were a few tables. We ordered 4 meals and waited almost 30 mins and nothing showed up, so we asked the waiter and she said they didn’t make them yet, cuz there were so many orders at that time. We chose to wait 15 mins more and the first order came with the unwell-cooked nigiri rice and dry poor quality maguro sashimi. We asked for the wasabi and ‘one’ waiter almost shoved it to our face. The 2nd dish was poorly made that the sushi was fallen apart once served… the 3rd and 4th was not much different. The manager came to check on us a few times to apologize, but also claimed that they had to manage the order for a “larger group” with ”larger order“

We confused because we also came here on 28/9/25 and it was a different story. Everything was fine back then.

So as a ‘once’ loyal customer, we want to give a strong feedback to whom ever responsible, we were very disappointed with the food and the service this time that we might not come back to this restaurant (specifically this branch) again any time soon. We hope you will take this feedback as a good intention from a former customer.

PS. We didn’t get a Panna cotta as showed in the receipt. Guess they know I will...

We had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. We ordered a crab dish and waited for more than 30 minutes, despite the restaurant not even being full.

We asked multiple waiters to check on our order, but none of them followed up. When the crab finally arrived, it wasn’t even what we ordered. By that point, we were so frustrated and tired of waiting that we just accepted it without complaining further.

The lack of communication, slow service, and wrong order made the entire experience extremely unpleasant. Considering the restaurant wasn’t even busy, there’s absolutely no excuse for such poor management and service.

This was truly a disappointing visit, and we won’t be coming back or recommending this...

Service is terrible here. They do not train the waitstaff whatsoever. Both my orders were wrong and they had the audacity to ask if I want to re-order what I wanted in addition to the wrong order that arrived at the table. Obviously I said no and told them to return the wrong order and remake my dish. It was the same months ago when I came, they’re all clueless.
