Being in an essentially university town, they are all creatively (or arguably cryptically) named, it's for you to discover or copies what the regulars are having.
All expertly cooked in the sole wok, from stir frying to deep frying, only criticism might be that the Rad Na sauce/gravy is pedestrian in taste, but that shouldn't detract from the cook's won skill and creativity in each variation of the noodle on offer from only a few ingredients
