Small menu which is good. One star ⭐️. Steak was cooked as ordered medium rare. Second ⭐️. That are all pluses. Prices are premium steak quality not so much. I understand Thailand not a steak country. But for premium price I would want to see premium service. Interior not a steakhouse but cafe style. Cutlery from IKEA... really!? Salad is small without options, side vegetables portion is small. Bun was not freshly baked nor warmed up. Same bun you would get at Big C six for 20 baht. Butter was served still wrapped in the foil. Looked like airplane meal in economy class. I would recommend to avoid this place if you are want to have a steakhouse experience. A cosy place to have a meal with nice view of the water if you sit near the window. They serve steaks and local Thai dishes. The steaks are pricey, from B$750 to B$1600++. We ordered 2 premium steaks at medium rare but told only medium. Then both came cooked in varying doneness throughout the steak. Some parts medium rare, some over cooked till well done. The local Thai dish was slightly better, less problem. The pork chop was okay but cost $520. Overall, paid B$2445 for 4 person’s meal, inclusive of service charge and VAT. Used to go there very often when I was younger. My mom and I decided to go there again to have dinner for celebrating.

We ordered a lot, but the service and the food were unexpectedly terrible. The bill was around 4k for the two of us, which was very expensive, and the server forced us to fix up the bill when we didn't even finish it yet. The maid started to swipe the floor while customers were still eating food.

I totally understand that you tried to sell upclass customers, but with these elements you have, you don't deserve five-star rates at all.
