Baanraikrisana Restaurant (บ้านไร่กฤษณา) — Restaurant in Ko Kaeo

I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at ร้านอาหารบริกฤษณา was so bad that I feel compelled to share it. We had high expectations, but unfortunately, this restaurant completely missed the mark in several areas.

First and foremost, the steak was absolutely dreadful. It was either mushy, undercooked, overcooked, or extremely fatty – I couldn’t tell which, but it was completely unappetizing. To make matters worse, there were random blotches of fat scattered throughout the meat, making every bite a struggle. It's frustrating when a steak, which should be a highlight of the meal, is completely ruined in terms of both texture and quality.

As for the appetizers, they arrived last – after we had been waiting for what felt like an eternity. The entire dining experience felt disorganized and inefficient, with no one checking in or even giving us a heads-up on the delay.

But perhaps the most frustrating part of the experience was that the last dish only arrived after we had already asked for the bill. This completely soured the meal, as we had been ready to leave long before the food finally made its way to the table. To make things worse, the place was practically empty, so there was no reason for the lack of service. It’s baffling that even with few customers, the restaurant could still fail so miserably in providing a timely and satisfying experience.

I really wanted to enjoy my time here, but unfortunately, this restaurant failed to meet even the most basic expectations. I won’t be coming back, and I’d advise others to avoid the frustration of a poor...

The worst restaurant ever in Phuket!!

My friends have told me their food was horrible but I wanted to check it out anyway as it was a new restaurant in this neighborhood.

I ordered a few items and waited for half an hour and food never arrived. I asked a lady what’s going on and after checking with kitchen crew she told me they had forgotten about my order. There was only one more customers (a couple) in the restaurant who had already finished their dishes, which means I was the only customer they needed to cook for. How could they forget? There were at least two staff in the kitchen and two in the dining hall. What the hell were they doing for all these time? Smoking weed?

I live here in Phuket and it is my first time to experience something like this.

Worst dining...

New restaurant in the neighbourhood. Menu wasn't big but have got everything covered. We ordered just a few dishes today. Food was relatively fast, delicious and a nice size portion. Both indoor and outdoor seating area. Parking lot is available. Staff was friendly...
