On December 30, 2024, after finishing our visit to Sriayuthaya Lion Park in the evening, we took a taxi to The Summer House.
After dinner, around 7:30 PM, we found that there was no Grab or Bolt back to Bangkok. So, we checked Google Maps and saw that there was still one last train from Ayutthaya to Bangkok, with about an hour and a half left before departure. We then asked the owners if they could give us a ride to the train station, hoping that even if there was no train, there might be more taxis around the station.
Fortunately, the owners took us to the station, kindly walked us to the ticket counter, and helped us buy tickets. It turned out that there was another train was about to arrive any minute! They even accompanied us to the platform and saw us off until the train departed! We were really lucky to meet such kind-hearted people and successfully arrived in Bangkok in no time!

Not to be outshone is their fantastic coffee selection. You have a choice between two blend, Jane's is rather bright, slightly acidic whose fruitiness is perfect for espresso shots or Americano. Matt's is much bolder and pairs very well with desserts, and in milky concoctions.
We sampled a couple of items on their menu, regrettably because we were already quite full from our lunch. The few we tried, we happily recommend. On the top of my list is their Sweet Banana with...
