the HIGHLIGHT of the mango sticky rice ข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง, is actually the STICKY RICE, but not the mango ;-) in my opinion, this shop has 'one of the BEST' sticky rice in town, and is well-known in the neighbourhood too. the taste of the sticky rice is just right, not too sweet (compare with other shops), yet with good aroma of the coconut milk. the texture of the rice is a bit soft and tender (my preference). they also add natural colouring (from flower and vegetable) into the sticky rice, perhaps is a kind of fashion these days. in some sticky rice varieties, they also mix seeds, nuts, or taro into the rice, that enhances the look, the texture and the flavouring. oh . . . the mango, just a nice to have though, also depends on the season too (best from March to May) ! this is my favourite dessert after a good...

Number 1 in my heart forever. After trying this place's sticky rice mixed with wild yam. Can't find anywhere else to replace it. The glutinous rice grains are beautiful but soft and delicious. I like it just enough to eat as a snack. Pairing it with mango "Ok Rong"...
