Hachiban Ramen - Major Cineplex Ratchayothin — Restaurant in Lat Yao Subdistrict

Hachiban Ramen is one of the cheapest ramen shops serving almost 'authentic' Japanese ramen in Thailand - of course there are many 'authentic' Japanese ramen shops across Bangkok specially around Phrom Phong, Thong Lor, and Ekkamai areas since these areas are considered "Japanese Community" area. However, if you're not around these areas, your access to 'authentic' Japanese Ramen is Hachiban Ramen. According to their website, 8 (hachi in Japanese) Ramen originated their first branch in 1967 in Ishikawa, Japan. Hachiban Ramen Thailand did their best to make sure and preserve the original taste of 8 Ramen in Japan - and according to most of my Japanese colleagues, the taste is indeed almost the same (ramen) in Japan. Do note that 8 Ramen is not available all over Japan but mainly around Ishikawa and some overseas branches like in Thailand, Hong Kong, and Vietnam.

I cannot remember how many times I've eaten here (in many/other different branches) because I could eat aunthentic style Japanese ramen in an affordable price compared to other authentic Japanese ramen shops. Aside from ramen menus, they also have other options and their takoyaki is also one to not miss...

สาขานี้ร้านจะอยู่ที่ชั้น 1 ค่ะ เดินเข้ามาด้านในก็จะเจอร้าน ตัวร้านมีที่นั่งเยอะ คนไม่แออัด สามารถนั่งได้สบาย เราสั่งมาเป็น Set Saru Ramen ราคา 180 บาท จะมีเป็นซารุราเมน และเกี๊ยวซ่าทอดมาให้ อร่อยเหมือนเดิม ชาเขียวรีฟิล 25 บาท น้ำเปล่า+น้ำแข็ง 23 บาท

โดยรวมก็ได้ order มาครบถ้วน รวดเร็วดี รสชาติก็ตามมาตรฐานค่ะ เป็นอีกหนึ่งร้านง่ายๆ ทานไวๆ ราคาไม่แพงในห้าง สาขานี้ก็ให้บริการโอเคดีค่ะ

เป็นสาขาที่แปลก ให้ลูกค้าเข้าเป็นรอบๆ มีคนลุกแล้วไม่เก็บโต๊ะ พนักงานเสริฟ(รวมเก็บเงิน)เหลือ2คนจาก5คน แล้วเมื่อมีคนยืนรอเริ่มเยอะ พนักงานที่เหลือก็ค่อยออกมา ทำเป็นจัดของเช็ดจาน…แต่ก็ยังไม่เก็บโต๊ะ😂 มีโต๊ะว่าง5โต๊ะแล้วค่อยทำความสะอาดเรียกคนเข้า

แถมวันนี้โชคร้ายหน่อย พอได้นั่งสั่งอาหาร พนักงานทวนอาหาร สักพักพนักงานคนเดิมเดินมาถามว่าลูกค้าสั่งอะไรไปบ้างขอทวนหน่อย เราเลยบอกให้เขาทวนมาแล้วเราเช็ค แต่เขาเงียบตอบไม่ได้...
