Home Stew Cafe — Restaurant in Lat Yao Subdistrict

Home Stew is a charming restaurant with a large room for indoor seating and plenty of outdoor seating options. We’ve been outside during intense storms, but were nicely protected from the rain and anywhere we’ve sat there is a fan for keeping cool.

The food variety ranges from traditional Thai dishes to European options and the menu is in Thai and English. My personal favorite dishes are the green curry with roti and crispy bacon pesto pasta. The summer berry smoothie is absolutely wonderful and the choco banana smoothie is perfectly sweet with an intense chocolate flavor.

I can’t think of anything we’ve tried that was less than delicious. The service is great and easy with a buzzer button at every table. Anytime we press it, someone immediately shows up. The owner and some (maybe all?) of the servers speak English.

The location feels magical.. to be surrounded with so much greenery and lots of personality is just wonderful. Also, we are quite in love with the tabby colored cat who always makes a visit if we arrive late in the afternoon or the evening. One time my husband even went to the restroom and the sweet kitty hopped up in his chair to await his return. I’ve noticed that the cats don’t seem to hang out around anyone very long who doesn’t actually want them around, so if you are allergic, or just not a fan, I don’t think the cats would be an issue. They’re especially fun to watch when they’re chasing leaves.

อาหาร : คาโบนาร่า สลัด,, ราคาไม่ค่อยเหมาะสมกับรสชาติ วัตถุดิบดูปกติทั้วไป แต่น้ำสลัดไม่ได้ wow แต่ก็ไม่ได้แย่ ควรจะใส่เบคอนชิ้นยาว 2 ชิ้น ให้ดูเหมาะสมกับราคา ในราคานี้ถ้าทำน้ำสลัดเองไม่ได้ ก็ควรพิถีพิถันในการเลือกรสชาติน้ำสลัดสำเร็จรูปที่ดีกว่านี้ ยำมาม่าทะเล,, ในราคาแบบนี้ถือว่าแพงมาก สำหรับยำมาม่าที่ใช้เส้นสำเร็จรูปแบบโหลๆ ควรพิถีพิถันเรื่องวัตถุดิบหน่อย เช่น เอาเส้นบะหมี่สำเร็จรูปที่เป็นแบรค์ชั้นนำมาใช้ ยำมีรสชาติแค่เผ็ดกับเปรี้ยว และก็งงมาจะใส่มะนาวผ่าซีก 3-4 ซีก ลงมาในยำทำไม ความขมของเปลือกมะนาวมันส่งผลให้ยำรสชาติแย่ไปอีก เครื่องดื่ม,, ได้นำไวน์ไปเอง คิดราคาค่าเปิดน่ารักแค่หนึ่งใบแดง

บริการ : ถือว่าดีเลยทีเดียว จะดีกว่านี้ถ้าสั่งน้ำเปล่ากับพนักงานชายแล้วเขาลืมนาน จนต้องทวงถามเพราะความเผ็ดของยำมาม่า การบริหารจัดการค่อนข้างดี

บรรยายกาศ : รู้สึกสบายใจและผ่อนคลาย กับสวนที่ดูสะอาดตา เป็นระเบียบและร่มรื่น แม้ในวันที่ฝนตกก็ไม่มียุงมาทำร้ายให้กวนใจ ห้องน้ำสะอาดและดูดี

บทสรุป : ร้านน่านั่ง ถ้านั้ง open air ถือว่าบรรยากาศถูกจริตที่สุด บางร้านในระแวงนั้นสวนดูไม่เรียบร้อยแถมมียุงกวนตลอด สุดท้ายคงจะกลับไปลองทาน stew ว่าเป็นยังไง ราคาอาหารกับรสชาติโดยรวมคิดว่าแพงไปหน่อย แต่ถ้าทางร้านปรับปรุงเรื่องวัตถุดิบและรสชาติให้ดีกว่านี้...

มาลองร้านสไตล์คาเฟ่ กันบ้างครับ วันนี้มาเวลาตอนเกือบบ่ายโมงแล้วครับ มาลองกินกาแฟอย่างเดียวดูครับ 1.ทำเล อาจจะอยู่ในซอยลึกไปหน่อย แต่ก็โดดเด่นด้วยการตบแต่งสไตล์ ลอฟท์ มี12 โต๊ะให้เลือกนั่งตามชอบเลย มุมด้านอกวิวสวนหลังบ้าน ถ้าไม่ร้อน มานั่งช่วงเย็นๆจะดีมาก ด้านนอกมี 3 โต๊ะครับ บรรยากาศ เพลงเบาๆ สบายๆ นุ่มๆ ให้น่าชวนผ่อนคลายดีมากครับ รสชาด กาแฟ วันนี้สั่ง คาปูชิโน่ร้อน เดาว่าทางร้านน่าจะใช้ อาราบิก้า 100% รสกาแฟอ่อนไปนิด ไม่เข้มข้น น่าจะมีกลิ่นโรบัสต้าผสมด้วยจะดีมากเลยครับ แต่ถ้าใครชอบดื่มกาแฟรสนุ่ม ดื่มง่าย ไม่ขม เหมาะมากครับ ความสะอาด ร้านสะอาดดีมากครับ ทั้งภายนอกภายในร้านครับ 5.ความคุ้มค่า อันนี้ได้มานั่งดมบรรยากาศในร้านก็คุ้มแล้วครับ ราคาก็ไม่สูงมาก...
