The taste of the food remains consistent with what I’ve come to expect from this brand — standard and satisfactory. However, the service at this particular branch was significantly below the level I’ve experienced at other locations, and I believe it requires immediate attention and improvement.

Throughout the visit, I did not see any sign of warmth, a smile, or even basic gratitude from the staff. When serving or placing items on the table, there was no verbal notice, gesture, or apology — just silence, which felt inattentive and impolite.

While the food met expectations, the overall experience was negatively impacted by the poor service. Given that customers deserve respectful and courteous treatment, I cannot recommend this branch. I suggest visiting another location where the service better matches the...
