Pak Pink is a hidden gem! The ambiance is absolutely charming, with a large and beautifully designed garden that feels so peaceful and inviting. The music perfectly complements the laid-back vibe, and the interior decor is stylish & cozy.

We tried four dishes, and they were all delicious. The sundried pork was a highlight — crispy and full of flavor, definitely a must-try. The Vietnamese rolls were fresh and satisfying, and the pineapple fried rice was loaded with ingredients, making it very enjoyable.

What’s even better is the diverse menu. They offer not only a variety of Thai dishes but also Western cuisine and brunch options. There’s something for everyone here. Highly recommend...

จริง ๆ ไม่เคยอยากรีวิวเพื่อทำร้ายใคร แต่อยากให้ทางร้านได้รับรู้ เพื่อปรับปรุงการให้บริการ เพราะในฐานะผู้บริโภคที่ตั้งใจมา เหมือนโดนทางร้านดูถูกและไม่เคารพในฐานะลูกค้าเลยค่ะ

ที่จอดรถแทบไม่มี ที่เตรียมไว้ไม่เพียงพอในการรับรองลูกค้า ต้องจอดแถวข้าง ๆ ทาง ระบบการจัดการแย่มาก ไปถึงมีลูกค้ายืนรอหลายท่าน พนักงานมีหลายคน แต่ไม่มีการจัดการคิว ทั้งที่เห็นว่าลูกค้าเริ่มออเยอะ เพราะไม่มีโต๊ะ จัดการโต๊ะก็ไม่ดี ลูกค้ามาน้อย ให้นั่งโต๊ะใหญ่ ที่รู้สึกแย่กว่าคือ เรายืนรอโต๊ะกันเงียบ ๆ แต่เจ้าของร้านกลับถามว่า อันนี้ยืนรออะไรกัน ทั้งที่เห็นว่ามันวุ่นวายมาก แต่ไม่มีการเรียกพนักงานมาแบ่งงาน หรือเทกแอกชั่นอะไร พอได้โต๊ะแล้ว สั่งอาหารและกาแฟ แต่เค้กต้องไปยืนเลือกหน้าตู้ และมีคนอออยู่เยอะมาก ๆ ทั้ง dine in และ take home เราต้องไปยืนจดเองว่าจะเอาอะไร แต่เอาเค้กมาเลยไม่ได้ ทั้งที่มีโต๊ะแล้ว (ตอนแรกแจ้งว่าต้องมีโต๊ะก่อนถึงสั่งเค้กได้) เมนูน้ำมาเสิร์ฟ เป็นแก้วรูปทรงต่างกัน น้ำแข็งหลอดเล็กที่ใส่มา ละลายเกือบหมดแล้ว แก้วก็เลอะเทอะ รอสักพักใหญ่จนกินน้ำจะหมด เค้กที่เลือกไว้ 3 ชิ้นก็ยังไม่ได้ คนที่มาทีหลังกลับได้แล้ว เลยไปตามพนักงาน พนักงานยืนกันอยู่ในห้องแอร์ 4-5 คน สรุปคือยังไม่ได้จัดเค้กให้เลย ทั้งที่ควรแบ่งจัดการออเดอร์ delivery, take home, dine in เลยด้วยซ้ำ แล้วเอาเค้กใส่จาน ไม่ได้จัดอะไรเพิ่มเลย แต่กลับรอ 20 กว่านาที ช้อนที่ได้คือช้อนพลาสติก ตัดเค้กมูสแทบไม่ได้ เหมือนเน้นบริการ delivery มากกว่า พนักงานในร้านเหมือนไม่ค่อยเต็มใจบริการ สงสารลูกค้าท่านอื่นมาก ที่ต้องมานั่งโต๊ะทั้ง ๆ ที่โต๊ะยังไม่ได้เก็บสามสี่โต๊ะ แต่พนักงานยืนงง (น้องพนักงานที่มาบริการโต๊ะเรา บริการดี ขอโทษหลายครั้ง แต่พวกเราเสียความรู้สึกไปมากเช่นกันค่ะ) มีป้ายเล็ก ๆ แจ้งว่าห้ามจับกระต่าย แต่ปล่อยกระต่ายเดินเล่นในสวน มีตัวหนึ่งตอนกำลังกลับ เดินออกไปจะนอกถนนอยู่แล้ว ไม่มีรั้วให้ความปลอดภัยกระต่ายได้เลย

พยายามเข้าใจว่าร้านกำลังแมส แต่อยากให้ปรับปรุงเรื่องการบริการ และการจัดการร้านมากกว่านี้ค่ะ แบ่งโซนรับผิดชอบพนักงาน + จัดการคิวให้ flow กว่านี้ หรือมีการพูดคุยกับลูกค้าเพื่อให้สบายใจหรือใจเย็นขึ้นก็ได้ ไม่ใช่ปล่อยให้ยืนงง แล้วถามว่ายืนทำอะไร คนตั้งใจไปทานกันทั้งนั้น ส่วนตัวเราคงไม่ไปอีกแล้วเหมือนกันค่ะ
