8 Dining — Restaurant in Nakhon Ratchasima Province

My dearest girlfriend brought me to 8 Dining, as she wanted to try out there dishes.

The broad pea with shrimp and minced pork is very savoury and is one of my favorite that night.

The sea brass cooked in coconut meat soup is very refreshing and I must say the fish meat are rather very fresh too.

Next came the grilled lobster, that was accompanied with very delicious seafood sauce (I like it more) and spicy Thai sauce (my girlfriend like it more).

We ordered a mango with glutinous rice, topped with a scope of vanilla ice cream to end off the dinner. I must say that that kitchen took effort to cook the glutinous rice to just right sweetness and chose a very matched ice cream to make all three fit in just great.

Both of us really enjoyed our night dining with 8 Dining and I sure recommend you to give it a try as they are really authentic with their culinary on...

Met the owner with his family and they were very sweet.

I would 10/10 recommend this place. You may even catch some live music depending on the day.

The menu is big and the food was still executed to perfection.

We were 10 people that visited this restaurant for the first time.

First it took 30 min to order the food. Then the food came over a long period of time. The last dinner was served after the first persons was finished eating.

I love Lamb Shank, so when I saw this in the menu I was happy to order this. Damn, I got disapointed. I have never before been served a Lamb Shank this hard. I had to struggle to cut the meat that is supposed to be coocked to a level were the meat almost will fall of tve bone by itself. Worst Lamb Chank ever.

Then it was time to pay. Another 30 min wasted to get it...
