ผมเลือกทานอาหารญี่ปุ่น (Buffet) ส่วนตัวคิดว่าราคากับคุณภาพไม่ค่อยสมเหตุสมผลเท่าไหร่ หากดูจากราคากับจำนวนเมนูแล้วก็ยังถือว่าไม่เยอะ ที่น่าผิดหวังจริงๆ คือ อาหารออกมาไม่ตรงปกตามภาพในเมนู ขอติชม 2 เรื่องหลักๆ นะครับ

1.อาหาร ทาโกะยากิพบเจอในส่วนไส้ที่ไม่สุก กัดเข้าไปคำแรกไส้เย็นเจี๊ยบ.... ซูชิวากิว ซูชิปลาไหล ทำออกมาได้ไม่สวย รสชาติยังถือว่าทั่วไป แซมอลเสริฟด้วยส่วนท้องและเนื้อปลาแซมอลค่อนข้างเละ 2.เซอร์วิส รบกวนทางร้านช่วยอบรมพนักงานด้าน service ให้เข้มงวดกว่านี้ โดยเฉพาะ การแต่งกายให้เรียบร้อยและมารยาทเพิ่มเติม เหตุการณ์คือ มีพนักงานผู้หญิงคนนึง เดินมาหยิบทิชชู่ที่โต๊ะที่ผมกำลังทานอาหารอยู่ ถามว่าจริงๆ มันผิดหรือไม่ มันไม่ผิดครับ เพียงแต่ผมมองว่ามันเป็นเรื่องมารยาท หรือเพราะผมเพิ่งเคยเจอครั้งแรกเอง เพราะเท่าที่เคยเข้าไปรับประทานอาหารตามร้านต่างๆ มา ไม่เคยพบเจอเหตุการณ์แบบนี้ พนักงานแอบนินทาลูกค้า อันนี้พอเข้าใจนะครับ แต่ถ้าจะมีการพูดนินทากัน ควรพูดหลังร้านน่าจะดีกว่า

แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม ผมปลื้มน้องพนักงานผู้หญิงท่านนึง (ตัวเล็กๆ หุ่นเพรียวไม่ได้ถามชื่อไว้) ซึ่งคอยดูแลใส่ใจ บริการ เสนอแนะโปรโมชั่นต่างๆ ให้ทราบเบื้องต้น และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี อยากให้น้องพนักงานท่านนี้รักษา service-mind เอาไว้และพัฒนาต่อไปครับ
