We stayed at this hotel and felt that the service was terrible, compared to Accor or other chain hotels. The staff did not provide any guidance on how to use the golf cart. We had to walk to the Italian restaurant for dinner. When we arrived, we felt uneasy. We also encountered a power outage. The soup we ordered was just right, but the taste was rather salty. My pork steak was also quite dry. We were also confused as to why an Italian restaurant serves jaew sauce, which did not blend well. The sauce itself was rather sweet. Luckily, a young woman came to ask us how it tasted. We told her the truth, that several chefs had resigned. Sapori Cucina is a lovely restaurant with a stunning view of the mountains. We were fortunate to visit during a rainstorm, and watching the thunderstorm while dining was a memorable experience.

I was thrilled to see a dedicated vegan menu and ordered the vegan Beyond Burger, which was absolutely delicious. I was so excited I forgot to take a picture and finished it right away! However, I was expecting French fries as a side, but they brought me nachos instead. Not a big deal, but worth noting.

My friend, who is Italian, had the enoki pasta and really enjoyed it. The extensive alcohol menu also made him happy.

Beautiful view from outdoor table but not impressed with the time taken for food preparation. It took about 45 mins before the first dish came and not continuously served another (we literally waited for 10-15mins before next one arrived.)
