First to have to say thank you, for the former reviewers. Without them I would select another restaurant eventually. Now my review: situated on a corner, opposite the lake. Bright light inside everywhere. Aircon also everywhere. Fat sofas, leather arm chairs, wooden chairs, kitchen tables, lounge tables are in the lowest floor. There is also a big cooled counter for sweet stuff. In 2. floor are most kitchen tables and matching chairs, in 3. floor, with an airport tower Window and terrace, are lounge leather arm chairs and matching lounge tables. In each level are flat screens with Movies, but without sound. We selected the 3. Floor, because somebody wrote it should be the best. Later more. You'll get a big menu with pics, and also English description of the dish. Prizes for standard Thai dishes is approx. 75 Baht. Soups are approx 130 Baht. And here is a small reason for critics. The soup bowl is so big that it is always enough food for 2 good eaters. If the nice friendly waitress would say that during the order process, it ould be very helpful. We (male and female) ordered 3 plates with pork in different styles plus 2Soups. We like Thai food and if it is perfect made we are in heaven. We are still above.. Very very good quality. Also the amount of chilly was always perfect. In menu they offer specialities from all parts of Thailand. And you can discover the differences very easily. I took a large Chang classic, my partner choose water, which comes direct after seating. The bill was 533 Baht. In my eyes very good prize for that perfect quality. A tip for all guests who like to eat in a good style: choose the 2. floor with the kitchen tables. It is not comfortable to eat in a low chair on a low table like we did in level 3. Resume: every spend baht is a perfect investment. The waitresses are always present and...

I recently visited April’s Brasseries and was absolutely impressed! If you’re looking for authentic flavors without the usual Thai sweetness, this is the perfect spot. The owner is Chinese, so the dishes are well-balanced and cater to a more familiar taste for those who prefer less sugar in their meals.
Food & Drinks 🍽️
🔥 Spicy Beef Rice – The beef was tender, the sauce had a perfect balance of spice and aroma, and it was incredibly satisfying. Unlike typical Thai-style dishes, it wasn’t overly sweet, making it a great choice for those who enjoy a true savory kick!
🍳 Shrimp Omurice – The egg was silky smooth, wrapping around perfectly cooked fried rice. The shrimp was fresh and juicy, and the sauce complemented the dish beautifully without being overpowering.
🥭 Mango Juice & 🍉 Watermelon Juice – Freshly squeezed, no artificial sweetness, and super refreshing! Perfect for cooling down on a hot day.
Ambience & Service 🌿
✔️ Cozy and stylish interior – A perfect mix of modern and natural elements, making it a great place to relax. ✔️ Spacious seating & air-conditioned area – Whether you prefer sitting by the window with natural light or in a cooler indoor space, the setup is ideal. ✔️ Friendly staff & owner – Super accommodating and helpful, making the dining experience even better.
Final Verdict 💯
If you’re in Nakhon Sawan and looking for authentic, well-seasoned food that isn’t overloaded with sugar, this is the place to go! The balance of flavors, the fresh ingredients, and the cozy atmosphere make it a must-visit spot.

Read moreFood: Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet expectations. The quality of the meat, vegetables, and fish balls was disappointing. We ordered seafood Tom Yum, but instead of fresh ingredients, it seemed like a mix of various fish balls, as though they were using up items that were about to expire. The Tom Yum had an overwhelming amount of milk and a strong MSG taste. The fried chicken wasn’t up to standard, with the oil having an unpleasant smell.
Service: The service was a bit slow, but the staff seemed genuinely tired and were doing their best. They were trying to keep up despite the challenges.
Atmosphere: The place felt more like a bakery shop with an overwhelming variety of cakes, and it’s well-known in Nakhon Sawan. However, it felt a bit cluttered and dusty, and I noticed a lot of mosquitos and ants, likely due to the bakery products.
While the place has some fame in Nakhon Sawan, I’m left questioning the cleanliness and overall health standards. I’d be open to giving it another chance, but they really need to make improvements in terms of food quality...
