Paulaner Garden — Restaurant in Nong Bon Subdistrict

We have been to that place on 23rd of July. It was not very crowded. We ordered Beer, Pretzl, different kind of German sausage plate and Jägerschnitzel. We received beer very quickly and it was tasty. After 40 minutes we received the plate with sausages. First beer was already empty. No Appetizer Pretzl,no Jägerschnitzel. We asked kindly if the waiter could please follow up our other food. He came back after 10 minutes and asked what else we ordered. After 10 minutes more we get the Pretzel...completely burned and not possible to eat. We asked kindly to renew and get a new one. After a while Schnitzel was coming... Yes, Schnitzel not Jägerschnitzel. We were lazy to discuss more so we didn't say anything. We received bill, paid and ask for a taxi. They called a grab.. Well.. Not what we asked for. Waitress said it will be there in 15 minutes. After 10 minutes she came back and said she felt sorry but they realized that our bill was wrong and we had to pay more. We started to discuss about all things that went wrong on that evening but nothing... Just a short sorry... We had to pay. I am German and of course I can't expect for 100% quality of Paulaner like in Munich or Berlin, but this was really destroying our evening....

The menu for German food is quite limited. Nothing really stood out, so we ended up sharing a bratwurst plate and a brezel. Unfortunately, the brezel can only be ordered as a set of three, and it comes with a questionable liver pâté — and I actually like liver, but this one was just unpleasant. Also, the brezels were not good at all.

The sausages were okay, but nothing to write home about. The sauerkraut was bland and, to me, had an off-putting taste. The red cabbage was at least edible.

Food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. It felt like it was all microwaved. The meal for 2 people came out at 1,700 which is pretty costly given that it wasn't great quality. Also the service was very slow

But the atmosphere is really great.

I hope they get the quality and service improved, then it will be really great and I would invite...
