Our journey doesn't take long after we ordered the food. We started with fermented daikon, jaew sauce and crispy chewy tallow (this one we got it for free). Then followed by sous vide ox tongue. The pesto sauce is really nice. Papaya salad is really good. I don't usually like som tum with crab. But this one is just so good.
Our 3rd dish is parallelly delicious. Pasta with top side wagyu & chili. Imagine umami Japanese-Thai flavor immersed in spaghetti with a meat that tender & soft but still chewable. A nice fusion.
Last dish to come out is the tallow rice with the crispy chewy fried tallow & omelette. Again, this has a unami taste that we love. It came with wasabi & lime to wash the heavy flavor.

We found this restaurant via Robinhood and decided to dine in. There is a small street where you can park nearby. There are approximately 4 tables available and it is advised to call for an appointment.
The menu here heavily focuses on the Thai fusion single dishes and having beef as a main character. The quality of the beef is great and cooks very well. The seasoning is also flavorful, and if it Thai dish it can be spicy.
Each dish costs approximately 150-300 Thb. There is no extra charge. You also can ask for other promotions available. For instance, I get free beef fat grilled as a complimentary as we spend over 200 Baht.
