The actual park it is situated in is exceptional. It ends once you enter your reserved room.

The karaoke system (which they highlight) is literally the worst that I've used in dozens of countries. Mismatching music data, outdated hardware, awful interface, difficult to change the very limited settings. The speakers are poor quality. If you will participate in the KTV, this is the last place you want to experience it. Both Thai and foreigner friends agreed.

The staff is ok but hardly around when you need them. It's problematic when you're trying to host a party and meet the demands of your guests. The servers are somewhere in the park, which is large, and oftentimes you have to track them down.

The food was average, nothing special and definitely not worth the trek 40 minutes away from city center (without traffic). Some of the meats, like their pork dish, were overcooked and hard to chew.

I mainly gave it a second star because a group of servers did come in and sing a unique happy birthday song with instruments. They invested a lot and there is some visual appeal outside. However, it is a must skip if your group is looking for fun, worry-free entertainment.
