From the moment I stepped into Momono Omakase, I knew I was in for an unparalleled dining adventure. Labeling this omakase experience as theatrical doesn’t do it justice; it’s a mesmerizing blend of art, innovation, and exquisite taste that captivates all your senses.
Each dish served was not just a meal but a masterpiece, beautifully arranged and brimming with creativity. The chefs at Momono have mastered the art of surprise, incorporating elements like golden powder and flowing sea salt to elevate the visual and gustatory experience. It’s not just about eating; it’s about witnessing culinary magic unfold before your eyes.
The highlight of my meal was, without a doubt, the Wagyu A5 paired with uni. This combination was sublime, offering a melt-in-your-mouth texture from the Wagyu A5, complemented perfectly by the rich, creamy flavor of the uni. It was a bite that encapsulated the essence of high-quality ingredients and chef mastery.
Adding to the indulgence, the yuzu ice cream was a delightful palate cleanser, offering a refreshing zest that perfectly rounded off the meal. And the fact that it’s unlimited (as long as you can keep eating) is a testament to Momono Omakase’s commitment to ensuring their guests’ complete...
Read moreMomono Omakase was a letdown. The food was average and lacked creativity, which was surprising given the Omakase experience.
However, the real disappointment was the service. The staff seemed rushed, hurriedly serving dishes and clearing plates. We were presented with the bill before we had even completed our lunch.
What’s more, our booking was from 1:30 pm to 3:00 pm, but by 2:30 pm, we were essentially kicked out. My friend was asked to leave the dining area and wait in the waiting area while I used the restroom, despite there being only two other guests in the restaurant.
The staff‘s haste and eagerness to close the restaurant prematurely made for an unpleasant experience. Considering the high prices of THB4,000++, I would not recommend Momono Omakase. There are better options available that offer superior food...
Read moreTo celebrate Father’s Day, me and my family decided to dine at this Omasake for lunch. The Omasake courses were good, as well as the chef who were serving us. However, the waitresses’ services were below my expectations. The waitresses barely served us as they were busy conversing with each other and playing with their mobile phones. We even spotted a waitress playing with her hair. In contrast to other Omasake places we been to, this one was below our expectation. We came with an infant so it took us little while to dine and prepare to leave after we finished the courses, but they told us to leave within this 5-10min after we done. We felt as if they were kicking us out. Outside the restaurant was very hot and we needed time to...
