I just finished eating and am leaving a review right away. Great food but poor service. The food was very satisfying. The steak, salad, and risotto were all excellent. However, there is a serious problem with the response of the staff at this restaurant. When we first entered, we announced that we had made a reservation, but we were not able to sit at the table we had reserved and had to watch as two 2-person seats were combined to create 4-person seats. At first, we just wanted to sit down, but since our child wasn't feeling well, we thought we would have to sit on the sofa seat we had initially reserved, so we inquired again. Only then did the staff realize that we had made a reservation and guide us back to our original seat, which was empty behind us.. Up to this point, I understand that this is a common mistake. But what happened next made me question whether this resort was a 5-star resort. It was very windy through the open door towards our seats. So, I closed the door myself, but another employee who served the table outside went through that door and kept the door open. So I asked her to close the door because it was too windy and she answered that if she closed the door she would not be able to work. So then I asked her if it would be inconvenient for us but if she could change to another sofa seat that was the same as ours, but she said that there was no way for her since that seat was reserved. So, when I asked if we should just accept the wind and eat, she continued to say that she had to work through that door. I said rather angrily that it was your problem, she closed the door on our side of the aisle and opened the door on the other side of the aisle where there were no customers. It was truly incomprehensible. she could have easily opened another passage door, but I couldn't understand why she caused such a needless problem by hurting the customer's feelings. If an employee lacked experience, I think it was also the problem of the resort that put them on site without sufficient customer service training. I think they need at least a level of training that won't ruin the...

The breakfast ala carte and cold food buffet was acceptable. Food wasnโt the best but had enough variety. If you stay at the hotel for a long time, it might get quite boring.
For the other meals, the pizza here is a must. We had the Burrata and mushroom pizza twice and it was equally good both times.
Although we ate at la sirena, we had ordered over the Thai food from the restaurant next door. We had heard good things about it. Unfortunately we had mixed feelings about the food. The pad see ew was a tad underwhelming but their fried chicken and sticky rice was a winner. Boneless, marinated well and really crunchy. This ticked all the boxes.
But overall service was exceptional. The staff were attentive and always willing to help (even entertain the kids when we...
ย ย ย Read moreIt's the breakfast, lunch, and dinner place of COMO Point Yamu resort, and they're very well managed by the head Italian chef. Breakfast spead is very sufficient, and lies more on the healthy side of things with fresh fruits and juices, and a portion of Main dish to wash it all down. They are also right by the infinity pool, which especially helps with the entire ambience of things. Service is impeccable, as the staff always offer to help and checks in on your table from time to time....
