ร.ศ.127 (RorSor127) — Restaurant in Pak Kret District

This memorable restaurant is located on an island in the middle of the Chao Praya River. We went during the sunset and the views were picturesque ! To top it off the food was delicious! There was a variety of flavors, and each refined dish was presented elegantly. The dishes were carefully thought out with important meaning. The service was very nice and made me feel welcomed, they did everything they can to make sure I had a great time! They would present each dish and talk about its meaning. The restaurant's building is very historical and at night we saw such pretty fireflies! I enjoyed the drinks and the desert the most! 10/10...

Only 30 min by boat from Icon Siam, along the ChaoPraya river, this hidden place gave me the very memorable experience of the pretty extraordinary experience with almost 15 carefully-crafted, marvelously-structured Thai dishes in the 115 year old wooden house. With only 30 seats available per round , and by reservation only , this place has the very long waiting list and this is worth enough to spend your 3 hours here. Not the most comfortable dining area but warm service and enjoyable theatrics with the vintage displays of foods and the chef table concept to let you make the journey to the authentic Thai style...

This is a fine dining experience like no other. A restaurant so hidden it's beyond imagination, as the only way to reach it is by boat. There's no land route to this over-a-century-old building. Not to mention, the ancient recipes passed down from palace chefs can't be found anywhere else. Each dish is gradually revealed, along with the story and inspiration behind it. This is an impression everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime. But for me, once is definitely not enough. I will surely have to revisit...
