Service: It is the worst restaurant service in my life!!!! We asked for an extra menu book and got it from a moody waitress. We ordered 2 appetizers, 4 dim sums and 1 noodle. After almost 1 hour and 3-TIMES asking for our food, we got NOTHING. Every table in the restaurant got the food and half of them arrived after us!!!!! In the end, I was so freaking mad asking for our food AGAIN, and ending as THERE WAS NO ORDER from our table in the system. 2 servers came to figure it out and delivered our food within 5 minutes. However, the waitresses who took our order and the other one who we asked for food 3 times never said sorry to us.
Food: appetizers = roasted pork and crispy pork are just ok. Nothing is special and memorable. Roasted duck came with very dried meat. Spicy jelly fish and cold ham, jelly fish is good but very very oily. Cold ham is tough. Dim sums are warm but tasted like pre-made and warmed them again. Noodle with gravy is bland, no tastes at all.
Overall: Based on my foodie experience, this is one of the most terrible meal I have...

For me and my family's my wife and kid was said the best Dimsum that they had ever eaten. Place looks very nice, service was real good staff was take care of our tea and drink, Dimsum was fantastic, I have to warn you if you never had Dimsum from Hong Kong , you might be like why taste so bland but if you ever taste the Dimsum in Hong Kong you will safe your trip to Hong Kong to have Dim sum for sure. I can't explain by word that how taste was like but if you are foody person and you like to eat Dim sum, you won't be disappointed at all. The restaurant also serve a la carte as well so you don't have to eat buffet, our first time there plus we want to try all the Dim sum dishes so we went for buffet. So I called on 6 Feb to make a booking via phone 1 month in advance! There was an important business meeting and we needed a private room so I had to ensure we get that reservation sorted early. The phone reservation was confirmed and the FB messenger reply on 8 Feb was favourable. But today I messaged them on FB to check on my reservation and to my horror, the reply was that their staff made an error on my reservation. I don't get how a restaurant can mess up my reservation when I took extra precaution to make a booking both on the phone and on FB. No thank you. Unless you want to arrive at the restaurant only to be turned away. Absolutely left a bad taste...
