BULL Beach Club — Restaurant in Pattaya City

Service was absolutely terrible. Server walked away whilst my husband was ordering so we ended up ordering twice. We were even attempting to order in Thai, which was not appreciated at all! Had to ask more than once for a bottle of water for my 3 year old daughter. They brought completely the wrong food multiple times which was then taken to other tables. Meals came one after the other with one not turning up at all. No communication between staff as the same server kept bringing up the wrong food. No cutlery or napkins brought to us. On top of all this, we had to endure a band setting up, which caused random high pitched squeals which left us jumping and cringing in pain. Awful, I’d never recommended this to anyone or come here again. Husbands input: They didn’t even understand...

Nice decor but tables too wide and low and with loud music it’s very difficult to have an enjoyable dinner . Can’t comment on the food or prices as we sat ignored by staff including manager not even given a menu . After 15 minutes decided time to find a better restaurant. A sorry from the manager not good enough . Bad . Lost us slow ride restaurant nearby not on beach but much better service and great food...

Beautiful place, delicious food and super friendly staff. Tenderloin steak was perfectly cooked and really tasty, also the Salmon sashimi was great! Pizzas look very nice as well. Good menu and decent wine list, overall a great place definitely worth a try. Will be visiting...
