The food was served quickly and was hot and tasty, one star for that and another for speed. But that’s where my happiness stopped.

I politely asked for some mayonnaise with my fries (because I’m not a ketchup fan), and the staff told me they don’t have mayonnaise. Now, either they think customers are very easy to fool, or they’re simply not being honest, because of course they have mayonnaise. They use it inside their burgers and in other menu items.

If they had just said, “We don’t sell mayonnaise separately” or “We don’t offer that option”, that would have been perfectly fine. But telling me they don’t have any felt like an insult to my intelligence. And for the record, I wasn’t even asking for it for free, I was happy to pay.

So I ended up eating my meal without mayonnaise, which definitely lowered the experience. Luckily, there are plenty of other KFCs in town, and they always provide mayonnaise without any problem, so that’s where I’ll be going in the future.

And looking at the picture of Colonel Harland Sanders on the wall, I couldn’t help but think, if he knew customers were being told there was no mayonnaise, he’d probably be turning...

I ordered delivery like I do often from this kfc as closed to where I stay! 4 pug 5 times the fried chicken is ok and good value for money! However today the original fried chicken was absolutely terrible and super dry! Trust this chicken was in the warming holding section for long time! The problem in Thailand’s KFC is that original fried chicken is not popular as Thais very much prefer spicy chicken recipe thus too often it happens that original recipe chicken hog stuck for too long under the warming holding lamps!!! French Fried likely were not good (as always under fried and cold)!

I specifically ask in writing on the delivery notice that I like them to fry fresh original chicken but NO … they send me an old rubber bird! Very terrible quality at the point...
