Mun Pochana — Restaurant in Phang-nga Province

Amazing place from the Michelin Guide. Super local; our waitress didn’t know much English and we communicated with her using Google Translate, but nonetheless she was amazing and very service-oriented. Amazing food. A lot of local staples, such as river-snail curry and crabs. I got the horseshoe crab curry and the shrimp paste fried rice, which were both amazing and really well-sized. The flavors are amazing, very deep and multi-layered. Not many vegetarian options here, but this place is authentic and that’s the experience you should aim for. Prices are very fair, with the most expensive dishes costing between 20–30฿ whole most classics (Phad Thai, salads)...

เป็นร้านอาหารแนะนำที่ไม่น่าประทับใจเลย ไปทานมาเมื่อ พย 2564 โดนร้านอยู่ในการแนะนำของทั้งคนท้องถิ่นและในเวปรีวิวต่างๆ

เมื่อไปถึงสิ่งที่พบคือร้านเงียบสนิทแทบไม่มีลูกค้า (แต่ร้านข้างๆคนเต็มจนล้น) พนักงานจำนวนมากแต่ไม่กระตือรือร้นในการแนะนำ สอบถามเมนูอะไรไปก็ตอบไม่ได้ เหมือนให้ข้อมูลมั่วๆออกมา 😅

แต่ก็ได้สั่งอาหารไปหลายอย่างตามภาพ ข้าวผัดปู จืดมากและเหมือนเป็นข้าวผัดไข่ใส่ผัก ใบเหลียงผัดไข่ ดูแล้วไม่ค่อยเหมือนใบเหลียงเลย เพราะมีก้านติดมาด้วยและใบไม่ค่อนเขียว มีสีแดงๆแซมมา แต่รสชาติทั่วไป หมูคั่วเกลือ รสชาติทั่วไป เนื้อค่อนข้างติดมัน ปูผัดอะไรซักอย่าง เนื้อปูดูไม่ค่อยสด ดูเละๆตามภาพและรสจืดๆ กุ้งอบ เป็นเมนูที่แย่ที่สุดในการทานครั้งนี้ คือ กุ้งไม่สดจนถึงขนาดแกะเปลือกออกมาไม่ได้ และไม่สุกและมีบางตัวเสีย พนักงานก็แค่เอาไปคั่วใหม่แต่ก็ยังทานไม่ได้อยู่ดี ตัวที่เสียก็ไม่ได้พูดอะไรให้ลูกค้าทานต่อ 😅 ต้มปลาซักอย่าง รสชาติไม่เวิร์ค เป็นเมนูแนะนำ แต่ไม่ควรสั่ง

ไม่แน่ใจว่าทำไมร้านอยู่ในลิสต์แนะนำ แต่ที่ทานมาขอให้ 1/5 คะแนนเฉลี่ยจากบริการและอาหารที่ได้รับ แถมต้องจ่ายราคาสูงด้วย...
