Pizzeria La Luna — Restaurant in Phang-nga Province

Our food took super long which is fairly expected on an island but we watched the table who arrived 15-20 minutes after us get two courses and were almost done with their meal by the time we got ours. The pizza was undercooked but the gnocchi was decent. We chose this place because it said credit cards welcome and we're low on baht but their internet was down when we went to pay. Not on the island or in the area, just in their location so probably could have been fixed. That happens but knowing ahead of time would of really helped to make sure we had enough. We also had to flag down a server to get another drink and to ask about our food after about 30-40 minutes of no one stopping by after we ordered. TLDR; service was not good, food was ok, don't expect credit card use. Would not recommend.

In response to the owner's rebuttal, she is thinking of the family across from us who did order their food before us but I was referring to the two French speaking men, who got a bottle of wine, appetizers and meals before us. The pizza was not crisp in the middle thus we are saying a bit under cooked. But had good flavor. We also would have kindly waited and maybe even ordered another drink had we been told that the internet just cut out for a bit but that's not what happened. Flagging someone down after being passed multiple times with an empty glass is not attentiveness. I don't think we were unfair in our review and dont appreciate being called liars. We walked in around 7.30 and straight away no service, they’ve acknowledged us but not even came over to give us menus or take any drink orders. We had to get up to ask for a menu and then they only gave us 1 menu. We ordered a drink to start with and they took about half hour to come and they bought one over and then we had to ask for the beer they forget which I may also add 180baht for 1 small beer!! We then had to wave them down to order our food, the food was okay not bad but took over an hour to come out and we put through 2 garlic breads but only 1 came out.. at this point we couldn’t even be bothered to ask for it as the staff didn’t have much understanding of what we were asking for. I ate here once and had eggplant Parmesan, which was not very good. I ate it before I remembered to take pictures so sorry I'm posting the empty bowl. I went back last night to order a steak because there is not much American food offered around where I am staying and I was craving steak. I ordered the ribeye. The server went away and came back 20 minutes later saying they were out of that steak that I want the tenderloin , even though I really didn't want to pay that much I said yes. He went away. He came back 20 minutes later and asked me what sauce I wanted. I said peppercorn went away. He came back 20 minutes later and said that steak do you want pasta.
