Tik Thai Restaurant — Restaurant in Phang-nga Province

I’ve traveled to Khao Lak three times in the past year, and most of my meals have been at Tik. Tik, who owns the restaurant, is the kindest and sweetest person. She greets everyone with such warmth and always with a smile on her face.

The food – should we even talk about it? EVERYTHING, literally EVERYTHING here is so delicious and well-prepared. Tik and the staff also adjust the dishes based on your needs, such as allergies and other preferences. You never have to worry about getting sick here, as they are very strict about hygiene.

We found this restaurant just by coincidence, we went to have a look at the muay thai training facility and got hungry. Anyway, Im not going to say they are very fast but considering they had full house and only 3 people in the total staff including the kitchen they did surprise alot. I’ve been coming to Thailand for 7 years every year. I have travelled around quite a lot and can categorically say that the food here is the best I’ve ever tasted.

Portion sizes are good and provide value for money - try getting the same size and quality for the same prize at a major hotel.

There is also flexibility available for vegetarians and vegans, even though they have a dedicated vegetarian page on the menu - see something you like but don’t want meat; just ask!
