After dining at Tom Yum Goong for seven days in a row, we can confidently say this restaurant is an absolute must-visit! From day one, we felt incredibly welcome, and much of that is thanks to Arnan, our table host. His hospitality, friendliness, and attention to detail made every evening a special experience.

The food is simply amazing. The flavors are authentic, fresh, and perfectly balanced. Whether you choose the classic Tom Yum soup, the delicious Pad Thai, or one of their rich and flavorful curries, every dish is crafted with care and bursting with Thai flavors.

This was a terrible eating experience. Three of the four adults including myself had diaherra after having dinner there. I had ordered Indian, which was the worst Indian I have ever had. The servers tried to tell me that was what Indian was like despite the fact that I have eaten many Indian many times before and it has never been so oily and wretched tasting before. The other adults had cashew chicken and prawn skewers; although they said it was pretty good tasting, they too suffered afterwards. When we have to pay, they asked us to pay 120 baht for coconut per person, while it was 50-70 baht in the other restaurants. (They put stickers of the price with 90 baht drinks on the menu. So, they can ask you any price.) It was more expensive than any drinks in Khao Lak. Quality was not good enough to pay for it.
