Visited the restaurant for the third time in mid-July for dinner. Extremely disappointing. We dined on a Monday evening when only 3 tables were occupied. Despite the low volume of people, we waited 25 minutes for the first 3 out of 5 dishes. Food quality was below par. After finishing those, we had to remind the staff about the missing dishes. Found out they had been sent to the kitchen but never prepared! Waited for another 20 minutes. And when the dishes finally arrived. One dish was served cold — including the plate. We asked for it to be reheated, but it came back still cold! The only highlight was their Signature Softshell crab salad, which was still delicious. Unfortunately, when we asked to order another round, we were told it was out of stock — on a quiet Monday night!
