Front desk and Line admin were bad manner and no service mind at all. I booked 2 tents for 5 people and pay for extra pillow and blanket, but they didn't prepare for us. They said they didn't know -_-. Even I transfered full amount of room reservation.

When I booked the room, I didn't see any notices or rules about limit time for drinking and making any loud noise after 22.00 (10 pm.). If I knew this rule first, surely I would have not booked and came to this resort at all!

This is a beautiful cafe with an astonishing view of the mountains. I walked from the resort/hotel to get coffee for my wife. Their attention to detail in making the desserts and drinks does come at a cost of time but results in very elegant presentations.
