Nestled in the serene surroundings of Samut Songkhram, this local restaurant is a true hidden gem that offers a unique culinary experience. The moment you step in, you’re greeted by a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The restaurant, while slightly off the main road, is not too hard to find and has plenty of parking space, making it convenient for visitors.
What truly sets this place apart is its dedication to preserving the authentic flavors of traditional Thai cuisine. The menu boasts a variety of dishes that are not commonly found in other restaurants, each prepared with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients that highlight the natural flavors of the region. The stir-fried squid with shrimp paste is a must-try, featuring tender squid cooked to perfection with a rich, savory paste that adds a depth of flavor that is both bold and complex.
Another standout dish is the blue crab papaya salad, which is a delightful mix of fresh, crunchy papaya and succulent crab meat, all tossed in a tangy and spicy dressing that packs just the right amount of heat. The spicy sour soup is another highlight, with its perfect balance of sourness and spiciness, providing a refreshing kick that awakens the taste buds.
The stir-fried razor clams with chili is another dish not to be missed. The clams are tender and juicy, cooked with a blend of fresh herbs and spices that create a harmonious medley of flavors. Each dish is carefully crafted to achieve a balance of taste and texture, and the generous portions ensure that you leave feeling satisfied.

Read moreWe visited again after 2-3 years. I still have good memories of coming here with family in the past.
There is a large parking lot across the street from the store, so parking is easy. If you go about 50 meters into a narrow alley, it's a decent-sized restaurant, not too big or too small. There is another seafood restaurant right next door, so be careful not to get confused.
Everything on the menu in this restaurant is really delicious. All seafood ingredients are fresh and large in size. Even though we were not very hungry today, we all really enjoyed it.
The price is inexpensive compared to other seafood restaurants.
The food is good , but the view from the restaurant is also very good. It is located at the beginning of a river in the sea.
If there is one disappointment, the toilet facilities are not convenient and the interior of the restaurant is rather untidy.
Nevertheless, whenever I want to eat seafood, I plan to visit again with my family...
Read moreThis place is a great escape from Bangkok, just 2 hours driving from home in Bangkok, easy to make a day trip with fresh seafood and delicious cooking. The Deshell crab is great value for money and fresh. The curry dish is amazing with the freshness of local coconut milk freshly cooked, natural sweetness. Every dish is delicious. It is a local well known restaurant and quite busy, so early lunch is recommended. Big car parking is available opposite the restaurant. View is nothing much but by the sea with the sea breeze, nothing else to ask for indeed. The market in the alley before reaching the restaurant is local produce of Petchburi, a good selection for home stocking - sea salt, palm sugar, fish, seafoods. Grab something before...
