Aloha Burger Hua Hin — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

This is the real deal. A double cheese is a formidable feed. Patties were cooked on the medium-well side, reasonable and still very juicy and tender.

Assembled, the bun basically withered beneath a torrent of grease and sauce. The wilted bits of foliage that were added appeared to hold it all together.

Cheese appears to be of the processed variety so it becomes a bland, runny sauce, as opposed to a real cheddar that would clump and be tangy.

Still, if you crave decadence, this might satisfy western palettes.

I think the addition of bacon was incidental and was lost in all the muck. Points for fresh patties, although adding salt and pepper while cooking would make a big difference here.

Presentation needs work, as a takeout item, this is basically a burger "mass" by the time you get home.

The fries were dry and weak, a big let-down.

It'd be hard to top a more decadent burger within a solid 2 hour drive. Consider that at 500baht for a double cheese and fries, you could feed a Thai family for a week.

I'll likely try it again, maybe the dine-in experience is better. For now, I'm on the fence.

Listening to Pretty woman, Raindrops keep falling on my head ( with the green seasons 1st rain ), Elvis Pesley and more !!! My vote for " Best music " in a restaurant in Hua Hin ! A semi parking lot across will accomodate a couple of vehicles, 10:30 am opening time. Mata the shihtzu/ chihuahua blend will alert 📢 P' Momo that you have arrived.Tricky finding your way here the first time ...5 minutes from Hua Hin Hospital yet you have to head west and cross the railroad tracks or do the sky loop over. Solid burger here with a generous size Australian patty of beef, onions ( request carmelized or raw ) , thousand island sauce, fresh lettuce and a sessme bun .Very good french fries, just an adequate portion / you may want to add more. TY for the crisp & extra bacon ! Ok, enough...

All four of us agreed that the burger AND fries were very good. (Often it is one OR the other.) I hope the location will not lead to the restaurant’s closure due to lack of customers. It seems there aren’t (yet?) too many ways to cross the train tracks. I would say that it is located on the wrong side of the tracks, too far out of town. Funky smell when walking in, but it cleared after the A/C was turned on....
