BROWN Brew & Bistro — Restaurant in Prachuap Khiri Khan Province

Hello , I have been to the Bistro two times now. My friend and I have ordered same breakfasts both times. Two issues: the dishes always arrive at separate times , sometimes 5 minutes different. One of us must wait while one serving gets cold , best if food arrives at same times. Also , my friend said eggs Benedict hollandaise sauce is not good and has bright yellow color. Both times my bacon was very small and cold. The atmosphere is very nice and the servers do a good job , they are so nice. The hot lattes are good also.

• This is revised review from one above. * I went back to the Bistro today and brought 5 more friends. There were a few issues last time I reviewed , this time I had no issues at all , in fact the food and service were top notch. The servers were at their best , they put the coffees / beverages in front of the people that ordered them. The same with the plates of food , it has been difficult to find a restaurant where the servers put the correct plates in front of the correct customers , I have found more often than not the plates with food are set out of reach in wrong spot. The surprise came when one server removed the empty plates after we finished eating. I find that very rare in the Thai food industry. The staff looked organized and happy. I gave a very good tip. I raised the stars from 4 to a 5. Good job...

Great Thai food, and nice decorating both food and restaurant.

Thai cuisine there differs significantly from street food in many ways, making the restaurant unique. They combine western cuisine with Thai flavours, and I genuinely believe this is the finest possible pairing. For example, spaghetti Brown sauce with shrimp

Actually, I ordered 3 dished more but I forgot to take pictures. There was spaghetti with brown sauce steamed mackerel with curry paste in coconut milk, and stair fried shrimp with tamarind sauce.

The best for me was stair fried shrimp with tamarind sauce and creamy omelet with spicy salted pork belly on rice. I suggest...

January 2025. Great cafe with good prices and I can recommend the blueberry smoothie and the vegetable and fruit salad.

13th April 2023. Two years later the place is considerably larger. The coffee still very good and the cakes really tasty also. They have a roaster so clearly roasting their own coffee. Service excellent very fast and efficient. Parking not always easy but there is also some space at the back.
