The staff have no idea what they are doing, first ordering..every question asked is returned with a stare…later table still have trash on them and they do not clean it up until to the point we finished eating, the food is terrible..nothing looked like pizza company undertrained…we ordered carbonara and it came with dried spaghetti with 4 pieces of small bacon on top…we asked them to fix and they did…watered down spaghetti with more bacon….do not come here…Pizza Company do...

Most of the outlets have the same lazy service. Ordered pizza last week and they forgot to give garlic bread which they had charged already.

Yesterday had a take away and found long hair inside one of the 2 pizzas. Gave them the feedback and they asked us to visit this outlet today.

Pizza companies were not making good business before but covid 19 gave them the dream come true, since all we do now is .. order...

The staffs are not trained on the products / combinations / promotions at all . All they know is to bill and collect cash . So sorry Minor international fo having an untrained branch which will end up bitter experience to the customers gradually on the company as a whole.

New brands are good along with retaining the old business and customers are important as well...
