If you're a fan of Japanese seafood and shabu, Masaru is a buffet experience you shouldn't miss. With multiple pricing tiers (starting from 6xx THB), I opted for the Premium Plus and Prestige packages—and they were absolutely worth it.

🌟 Food Highlights:

Hotate (scallop) and Hamachi (amberjack) sashimi were the stars—fresh, elegant, and generously portioned. Thankfully, they didn’t swim onto the table 😅. Miyazaki beef (available only in the Prestige package) was tender and flavorful, perfect for shabu. Tempura was light and crispy, and the eel and hand rolls were well-executed. Sushi came with minimal rice, letting the fish shine. Desserts like panna cotta, jelly, and chocolate lava were satisfying, though not the main attraction.

🍲 Shabu Line: Rich broth, beautifully marbled meats, giant prawns, and even red grouper fish. Multiple dipping sauces to mix and match for your perfect flavor. 📱 Ordering is done via app (except for drinks and veggies), and food is served quickly with great presentation.

🍹 Drinks: Standard selection, but enough to complement the meal. 🍨 Desserts: Ice cream and waffle sets available via app. 👨‍🍳 Service: Friendly, fast, and attentive. Plates cleared promptly. 🌬️ Atmosphere: Cool, clean, and not overly crowded. 🅿️ Parking: Available at HomePro with plenty of space.

📍 Tip: Visit on weekdays for discounted Prestige packages. If you're here for seafood, skip the beef and go straight for the scallops...

แล้วพอถึงคิวเราพนักงานแจ้งว่าร้านปิด 21:30 น.

👎🏻ลูกค้าจะมีเวลาสั่งอาหาร 1 ชม. และมีเวลานั่งทานต่อ 30 นาที หลังจากนั้น รวมเวลาวันนี้ที่ได้รับ=1 ชม.30 นาที

✅จากปกติต้องมีเวลาสั่งอาหาร 1 ชม.30 นาทีและนั่งทานต่อได้ 30 นาที รวมเวลาทั้งหมด= 2 ชม.

รู้สึกขาดทุนมากแต่รอมาจนถึง 2 ทุ่มแล้วไม่รู้จะทานอะไรหิวก็หิวต้องตัดสินใจทาน

เข้ามาในร้านพนักงานก็แจ้งนู้นนี่นั้นประกาศกฎของทางร้านว่าถ้าสั่งซูชิแล้วทานแต่หน้าเหลือข้าวทิ้งไว้จะถูกปรับขีดละเท่าไหร่จำไม่ได้ ต้องสแกน QR โค้ดสั่งอาหาร กว่าจะกดได้ค้างไปมาบ้าง ต้องรีบสั่งภายใน 1 ชม. กะก็ไม่ค่อยถูกว่าจะทานอะไรบ้างดี ตาลายไปหมด ไม่ใช่ของเยอะนะ…แต่เพราะหิว เลยลองสั่งมาอย่างละหน่อยอาหารมาไม่มีเวลาถ่ายรูปเพราะหิวมากและต้องทำเวลาเพราะร้านจะปิดใส่ ผ่านไป20 นาทีสั่งเพิ่มไปอีก อาหารมาเร็วมากเช่นเดิม นั่งทานไปสักพักยังไม่ใกล้สามทุ่มเลย พนักงานเริ่มเก็บช็อกโกแลตฟองดูและของอื่นๆคือตกใจมากจ้าไม่เคยเห็นร้านไหนทำแบบนี้เลยมาครั้งแรกก็ไม่ประทับใจซะแล้ว 20:45 น. สั่งของหวานไป 3 จาน ได้มาสภาพละลายไปครึ่งนึง 1 จาน ใกล้ๆจะ 3 ทุ่มก็มีน้องเดินมาถามจะรับอะไรเพิ่มไหมครัวจะปิดแล้วค่าาา ..คือตั้งตัวไม่ทันเลยค่ะ จริงๆอยากทานของหวานเพิ่มนะ แต่กลัวละลายก่อนอีกเพราะเคยเห็นว่าถ้าสั่งมาแล้วไอติมละลายปรับจานละร้อยจ้าแต่ที่คุณเสริฟมาละลายไปครึ่งก้อนแล้วฉันปรับคุณคืนได้บ้างไหมตอนอยู่ในร้านก็ลืมคิด มั่วแต่งงอยู่😂🤣

อาหารโดยรวมสดดีแต่ไม่ค่อยชอบกลิ่นเนื้อวากิวเท่าไหร่

สิ่งที่ควรปรับปรุง ไม่ควรเก็บอาหารใน Buffet Line ก่อนเวลาร้านปิด ควรแจ้งตั้งแต่ก่อนรอคิวว่าเราจะมีเวลาไม่ถึง 2 ชม. ในการทานแบบคนปกติทั่วไปถึงแม้ทางร้านจะเก็บเงินเก็บเต็มจำนวนเท่าคนอื่นแต่จะได้บริการที่ไม่เต็มที่เท่าลูกค้าทั่วไป หรือทางที่ดีควรแฟร์ใจๆกับลูกค้าโดยการลดราคาให้ไปเลยจะดีกว่า ควรคำนวนการรับคิวแล้วปิดรับบริการไปเลยหากเวลาบริการไม่ครบตามปกติพนักงานจะได้ไม่รู้สึกเสียเวลาที่ต้องมารอลูกค้าคิวสุดท้าย จะได้เก็บร้านอย่างสบายใจโดยไม่เสียมารยาท น่าจะมีเครื่องให้ลูกค้ากดสั่งหรือสั่งกับพนักงานเพราะแบตมือถือเราก็จะหมดแต่ก็ไม่เห็นมีที่ชาจเลย...

A very good Shabu. It is a buffet for 2.5hr, including drink and dessert. There are multiple tiers at different prices starting from 6xx(at 2023) they got beef, prawns and etc. Everything is good.
