Bilbo's café has hands down the most delicious breakfast I've ever had, healthy, fresh and beautifully decorated. The creamy icy smoothie is served inside a cocolnut bowl topped with local cashew nuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, freshly cut fruits: apples, passion, mango, pineapple, dragon fruit and Thai orange. And a beautiful Chinese Hibiscus flower as decoration. A piece of art that you want to indulge in very slowly. The cafe owners are very friendly (like most people on Koh Phayam). The place is surrounded with banana trees and beautiful plants, almost like being inside a secret little garden shielded from the traffic on the Island's 'main road', al pleasant morning get away...
