Supranee Vegetarian Thai Food & Cooking Classes — Restaurant in Ranong Province

During my week in KP I was at Supranee (Mama‘s) restaurant probably 5 times. It is a amazing vibe, she is so funny and talkative and you can learn a lot about cooking and life in Thailand. Very authentic experience and it is also very easy to meet people at her restaurant, you just sit together at a big table. We also did the cooking class, which was amazing! She prepares everything fresh (coconut milk, curry paste etc) and shows you the Thai traditional way. A lot of ingredients she is growing in her garden. We had a great time with her!! We took a wonderful cooking class with Supranee. We picked the vegetable and spices from her garden, learned how to make coconut milk by using coconuts from her garden, made a green curry paste from scratch and discovered how to cook Pad Thai. I really look at Thai food with different eyes now. And Supranee and her husband are lovely people to hang out with. We were able to book the cooking class for the next day just by passing by her restaurant....

Very nice owner and food. She really makes you feel welcomed and at home. All the vegetables come from her garden! We went more than once during our stay. She also does cooking classes. The banana blossoms are a must try and her own creation! ✨✨
