Signature classic fried fish 449baht while this may look deceivingly plain and unassuming, the skill lies in frying it perfectly. The meaty fish is thoughtfully deboned before frying and it turns out really crispy outside while inside lies moist flaky layers of fish. Served with a refreshing mango veg salad but honestly the fried fish is so good it can be eaten on its own!
Curry Soft Shell Crab 399baht this is soft and creamy while delicately flavoured without overpowering curry powder or being too oily that the sauce breaks. Prepared with experience definitely and the use of soft shell crab here instead of the usual crabmeat chunks brings a new texture to the dish! i personally think its above Somboon 😛
Volcano steamed egg with Mantis Shrimps, Scallops, Squid , Crab meat, Prawns 399baht the presentation for this dish in a flaming charcoal hotpot makes one wanna dive their spoons into the fluffy steamed egg immediately!
Special mention that the staff on duty were very friendly ( one spoke Mandarin too!) and kept checking on us and refilling our drinks attentively.
