Just don't go there to eat. Food might be good but the struggle to get food on your table will be horrible. They changed our seat again and again near the entry gate and was not allowed to seat on another side while these seats were not reserved. In the end, we return without eating food after waiting 20 minutes because they were like malai kofta is a big dish for them to cook. We already told them about our dolphin show earlier during ordering our food. Later, the main lady rudely said: "OK GO".
Response:2-. 1st thing your reply already told that how rude you are. You should tell us 1st time that you have a mass lunch so the wait can be longer. It might be possible that we could change our given order .
And its good your said about our dolphin show. It means we are in hurry. So feedback for you, in the future, you should give clarity to your customers about the time first that exactly how much time it will take so that they can decide accordingly and change the order as per quick time. It was not the 1st time we were having malai kofta, my dear. Noone did not say after 20 minutes that abhi aur samay lagega and was not ready to give clarity. As a housewife, we organize our time to cook.but we were at a restaurant, not at home. You have the consistency of customers. You can't compare your time with a housewife where a particular family only comes to eat at a particular time.
It's good you agree that we didn't say anything about your food because we are not spolier. And of course, I have no time to be a spoiler for you. So I don't care for clips.
Thanks and best wishes. Your reviews for food are good. But time also matters. Hope we will get good experience at your restaurant like others...
Read moreI went for a late dinner (8pm) and was one of 2 tables in the place. I was greeted outside as I looked at the menu and asked to be seated inside. I was given the choice to sit wherever I pleased. The host was very pleasant and answered all my questions. I ordered the chicken Tikka, steamed rice, buttered Naan, and a mango lasse. I only had to wait about 15 minutes. The food came out steaming hot and looked amazing. The Tikka was spicy but not overly, which was perfect. It had a really great flavor with just a bit of heat. (If asked, tell them medium heat!) My lasse was sweet and cold. These folks can throw out a spread! I had so much, I was unable to finish it all. I will be going back again for the vindaloo! The restaurant was clean, spacious, welcoming and the staff were all about making sure I had an excellent experience. 10/10 recommend to anyone who loves TRUE...
Read moreVery tasty, authentic Indian food. On request, we were also told which dishes we could order vegan. When we wanted to order something from the tandoori, it was even pointed out to us that these dishes are not vegan and we were recommended a vegetable sizzling platter as an alternative. This was delicious and the curry was also very good.
The paratha was unfortunately a little dry, but this is not always avoidable with vegan preparation.
However, there is also a large selection of dishes with meat and a wide range of vegetarian and vegan options. The only downside is that it is not immediately clear from the menu what might be vegan, but as you are well advised here, this is not a problem.
Compared to other Indian restaurants, Goan is also cheaper and still very tasty. I would recommend...
