They prioritize their grab orders over people who order in person. I waited 25 minutes and still they got my order wrong. I ordered rice with fried pork and garlic, and they gave me fried rice with pork. I mentioned that I was waiting 20 minutes and they said "okay ka", but no apology about their terrible service or long wait times. Why did you not mention when I first ordered that it will take 20 minutes? No communication. The food is overpriced, cold by the time you eat, and the service is bad. I have eaten in person here multiple times and the service was very slow. Much slower than ordering on Grab. There are many great food options and thai food options in the area, but this one is only in business because they deliver on grab. Read moreVery nice place to stop for tasty and cheap food! Menu is in English, with lots of options. I had the salmon fried rice with an extra fried egg and Italian soda. Staff were lovely and friendly. Prices were very reasonable. A good meal for under £5 - can't ask for more!
Edited to add that after such a great first trip I ate here almost every day for the week that I was in the area, and had a variety of dishes which were all very tasty and reasonably priced, and the staff were always helpful and friendly.
The eating area is outdoors but under cover, and although that means no Aircon, there are lots of fans - the staff always turned on the one pointing at my table when I arrived. Be prepared with some mosquito spray if you're going to be there when it gets...
Read moreThis must one of the worst "restaurants"..They say real isaan/thai food. It didn't tasted like Thai food. I had a big fish..it was drenched in "chilisauce"..out of a bottle, just cheap digusting supermarket,..botsing fresh. No proper fresh ingrediënts at all. also morning glory with crispy pork... that was on the menu, i love a good morning glory with crispy pork..same problem as the fish, totaly overcooked, morning glory must have a crunch and the pork..some soft pieces of "wobbely" fat. Al laying in some wet not authentic Thai substance. All in all more then disaponting, if you call yourself a " authentic Isan/Thai restaurant " At least use homemade product...Isan is known for its delicious and spicey food. But this place is an insult foe...
