Looking at the place from the outside and even browsing through the menu, Kook seems a regular Thai-European fusion restaurant—but don’t let the facade fool you. After eating around Phuket for over a week, we found Kook to be by far the best restaurant out there. Familiar dishes taste uniquely yummy, the portions are larger than usual, and the staff is extremely welcoming! Absolute gem! Can’t recommend it more. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We showed them a card in thai which explains we're allergic to fish which she refused to read. We ordered three meals. One had a lot of fish sauce, even after all of that! The man who worked there explained its not normal in their culture to not eat fish. Read moreSecond time in a week - the food is delicious with a variety ranging from Italian to Thai. Max is from Genoa and his partner/wife and daughter are from Phuket I think. Freshly cooked food, nice atmosphere and everyone is very friendly and reasonably priced too. The rosé is always delicious (our favourite) can’t wait to go back on Christmas Day in the evening to hear the live band and just chill. Thoroughly recommend it.
