Elementi Rooftop Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Rayong Province

I recently visited a rooftop restaurant and bar just outside of Bangkok, and the experience was truly unforgettable. The sweeping 180-degree sea view was nothing short of breathtaking, offering a serene and stunning backdrop that perfectly complemented the relaxed atmosphere.

The interior design resonated beautifully with my tastes—sleek, modern, and visually striking. Compared to other rooftop venues I’ve visited, this one stood out as a clear favorite, especially for its ambiance and the unique black lighting that added a sophisticated, moody edge to the space.

The menu leaned more toward Western cuisine than traditional local fare, but that didn’t bother me—the flavors were well-executed and enjoyable.

The only drawback was the lack of a welcoming presence at the entrance. No staff were stationed to greet arriving guests, which made the initial impression feel a bit impersonal. Still, aside from that minor detail, the overall experience...

It’s not too crowded when I visited to the bar. I’m glad that we came here at the sunset time. If you come here alone, you can enjoy drinks at the counter bar. 🌅 This rooftop you can see the ocean view but if you want to see the sunset it’s not the panorama view for the sunset. 🍹 There are many menu drink you can enjoy. Wine, whiskey, cocktails and etc. I order Margarita which is my favorite. Thinking the summertime, it has been hot all day. Just take a sour taste of the drinks it make more fresh. 🍕🥩🍷 🥙 For dinner time, we chose to eat at the hotel. At the Elementi rooftop grill, you can order Italian food and there are special menu with the Lobster 🦞 The pizza here is really good, I like Italian pizza 🍕 you can trust it because there is a big oven here. Well this is clearly the BEST restaurant in Rayong! The food is excellent and the quality is great - not just comparing to other small local town western restaurants, but across hotel and stand alone restaurants across south east Asia!

Prices are very reasonable too. We ordered this 1.5kg tomahawk which was prepared just the way I like it - charred on the crust and medium inside - for around THB3700 for the 3 of us, and everyone enjoyed it. Don’t forget to try the lobster bisque- mind you this is not a bisque out of a soup packet like what many hotels serve, but properly made from all the goodness of ingredients as they should have been made in the first place.
