Shabushi (Passione Shopping Destination) — Restaurant in Rayong Province

It's a shabu-shabu restaurant. It costs 399 baht per person. And they give you 1 hour and 15 minutes to enjoy your meal. The young lady who ushered us in was very helpful in giving us instructions as it was our first time here. You are led to a table for a group, but you can also ask to have individual seating where you get your own hot pot. She then asks if you want one broth or two, then she shows you the choices. (I recommend the black soup, along with a regular one. It was good!) There is sushi that is part of your meal and they're on a separate table on one side of the dining room. There is also a fresh fruit table. A generic soda and tea machine is also there, along with glasses and an ice drawer to scoop ice from. There is a moving parade of small plates containing portioned meat (seafood, chicken, beef) or vegetables (regular vegetables and leafy ones), and noodles too, that pass by all the tables. One can pick out anything from it to cook in their own broth. Each person gets a bowl and ladle for that, along with chopsticks. The empty saucers gets stacked on your table. Don't worry, they don't count them. Your cost for the meal is fixed no matter how much small plates you have stacked. More than halfway through your meal, the lady comes with your bill and announces your "time out" which is just the time you have to end your meal. You don't have to wait for that. You can pay when you're done. You go to the front counter where you can pay her with cash or credit card. It was a good one-time experience, but I have some things I didn't like. The condiment containers on the table were all empty. And there was just one person clearing the tables, and she's also the cashier, etc. It just seemed like they didn't have enough workers. We only took a sip of our beverages as they tasted cheap. We enjoyed it as first timers, but I think I'd rather go...

Bad experience here guys. There’s the 399 baht or 499 baht (premium) choice of buffet to choose from. Went for the premium where u can order items from the menu. 80% didn’t get sent to our table. At the end of the day, you are better off just taking the 399 menu. Food was so so....

เดินเข้าร้านไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับเลยค่ะ แค่ทักสวัสดีค่ะ แล้วเดินหายไปเลย พื้นเลอะเหนอะหนะ โต๊ะสกปรกมีทั้งคราบน้ำจิ้มคราบซอส ใต้โต๊ะมีลูกชิ้น เศษอาหารหล่น เลยบอกให้เช็ดโต๊ะหน่อยได้มั้ยคะ พนักงานมาเช็ดให้แบบรีบๆ คราบอะไรก็ยังเหมือนเดิม ดูไม่สะอาดขึ้นเลยค่ะ พนักงานบอกให้ย้ายโต๊ะได้ บอกตรงๆว่าเห็นภาพแล้งขนลุกกินไม่ลงเลย ทั้งถาดอาหาร ทั้งพื้น ทั้งสายพาน ดูยังไงก็ไม่สะอาดค่ะ ดูไม่สมกับเป็นร้านอาหารหัวละ 399 เลยค่ะ งงมาก กินไม่ไหวจนต้องบอกพนักงานว่างั้นยังไม่ทานดีกว่าค่ะ ปรับปรุงด่วน สาขาแพชชั่นระยอง ทุกครั้งที่มาก็ไม่เคยแย่ขนาดนี้นะคะ...
