What a fantastic find in Rayong. On a pretty quiet street with private parking. Came on a Tuesday about 1:00 pm. One other table of locals, enjoying some wine and looked like great food. The atmosphere was excellent. Nice light music, AC worked great as it was hot outside and very clean including the bathroom which was spotless and didn’t smell like a bathroom. The gentlemen who took my order spoke excellent English (although not required for the review) and made suggestions based on what I wanted. I ordered Australian Grass Ged Sirloin (medium…cooked just under), peanut crusted Sea Bass (perfectly cooked), and a small order of pork ribs (4 ribs) which were huge. The ribs had a house made Japanese saki sauce…a subtle sweetness and the meat fell off the bone - just excellent. The food was delicious and by far the best meal I have had in Asia over the past month. I eat a lot (1.5-2 lbs/.7-.9 kgs) of meat per day and I was totally satisfied. And at the end of the meal I was looking for a toothpick and of course that was thought of, as they had an individually wrapped toothpick in the little basket they brought the silverware in. Nice touch. Total bill (they add VAT of 7% I believe) was $1.260 bhat/$34 USD, wonderful value. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you get a chance go and enjoy the ambiance, service and warmth. I got the cheeseburger set for 220 thb. It’s great that the price includes VAT and there is no added service fee. The menu has a lot of options including steaks, salads, and pastas. the burger was delicious. the meat was well seasoned, the bun was fresh and soft. the burger includes sauce, lettuce, tomato, and an onion ring. the fries included in the set were hot and well-seasoned.
the burger and fries are served on a small wooden cutting board. it would be nice if the food was served on something a bit larger.

Mash potatoes came first, smooth and creamy texture with NO chunky or tiny bits of potatoes starchy feeling; really good mash indeed.
About half an hour so, comes the burger; first of all, hot fries always taste better than warm, stale fries, this one is hot with a gentle amount of salt.
The burger is served with well toasted buns (both top and bottom pieces are toasted, so not soggy from the sauce and still crunchy outside, while remaining soft in the inside. The single beef patty is thick and juicy, as mentioned on the menu, with a good amount of mayo and caramelized onion
